When I first started with the Ayurveda Wholistic program I wasn’t sure that I would be able to open myself up enough to learn anything new or that I could change habits that I had been accustomed to over the years but was I ever wrong.   With the guidance and help of Debbie as my coach I have learned so much about my inner self and how to make changes in my daily habits and lifestyle that have had a wonderful impact on my overall wellbeing.  Just learning how to breathe to start and how to learn to let go and push back on negative energy and toxic situations have given me the freedom to take control of so much more in my life.  I could go on and on as I travel this amazing journey into Ayurveda but the best advice I could give anyone is try it and see for yourself.  You will be amazed!


Working with Debbie has transformed my life and I could not recommend her Habits program enough. The mind, body and spirit connection I have learned has helped me get to a place in my life I only dreamed could be possible. My life is calmer, richer and has space for what I value most. Each day I feel like I have a toolbox filled with things to help me become and stay the best version of myself. She is a fantastic teacher and demonstrates what she teaches through her own life and actions. Finding her program has helped me realize my goals and to attain them.
